Accredited methods for analysis of chemical contaminants in foodstuffs


As a part of the accredited Laboratory for Food Analysis of the Faculty of Technology Novi Sad, the Center offers the service of chemical contaminants determination by accredited methods: analysis of mycotoxins in cereals, cereal-based products and corn; analysis of organochlorine pesticides in edible oils and edible-oil based products, and analysis of heavy elements in fruits, vegetables and their products, cookies and similar products, as well as in oil seeds and oil based products.
