We are currently building a laboratory for photolithography, thin film, nano-structured surface and Low
Temperature Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC) technologies, which will also serve as a facility for measurement and
characterization of materials and sensors. The laboratory will include a clean room and it will allow research,
development and fabrication of electronic circuits and devices with a special focus on sensors. The facility should
become fully operational until the end of 2013.
